What do the Satisfaction Surveys cover?
The Customer and Faculty questionnaires ask for ratings of importance and satisfaction on college store attributes including staff service, store policies, selection of non-textbook items, and components of a textbook department. The Technology Survey incorporates related attributes from the Customer Survey and is specifically geared toward technology.
